You'll have regular check-ins with me throughout the week, which may include messaging, video calls, phone calls and in-person connects for my local clients. I'm here to provide continuous support and guidance to keep you on track toward your goals.

Great question! While I work with most of my clients online, I do have a few spots per month reserved for in-person clients.
