  1. Sit or stand comfortably: Place a lacrosse ball under your foot, starting at the base of your toes.

  2. Apply pressure: Gently press down on the ball, rolling it side to like in a windshield like fashion. Slowly moving down towards the heels  (DO NOT roll the heel).

  3. Focus on tight spots: Spend extra time on areas that feel particularly tight or tender.

  4. Switch sides: Repeat the process on your other foot.
